Spacious, light, clean appartment. Cleaning supplies available, good host, airco, smart TV, not far from the beach. Cute design, cozy.

Shower applience is a bit old. Water cooker for tea as well. For the rest nothing to fault.

Fully equipped apt close to the sea. Guido the host was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to supply us with a baby cot even though we forgot to ask in advance. It was great for our needs with two small children (1 & 4). It had all the facilities we needed.

As said before it's on the road and pretty noisy. For it was no bother but maybe not for everyone...

A large, spacious apartment, close to the sea and a shop. The owner were nice and very helpful.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the apartment is close to the road, so it's not an option for everyone.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was perfect - close to the city center and many tourist attractions. Shops and restaurants were within reach, which made our daily shopping and dining choices very convenient. The apartment itself was very well-equipped. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the internet access was fast and reliable. We also had access to a television and air conditioning, which we greatly appreciated on warm days. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch. The bed linen and towels were fresh and fragrant, and the entire apartment was meticulously cleaned. The apartment owner paid attention to every detail, which contributed to our comfort during our stay. The interior of the apartment was tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The service was also top-notch. The apartment owner was incredibly helpful and professional. He responded to our inquiries and provided us with all the necessary assistance. Communication was easy and fast, which we greatly appreciated. In summary, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and more! We highly recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Our experience was unforgettable, and we will definitely return here!"

Close to the cities we wanted to visit (Sanremo, Monaco, nice, Dolceaqua, Bajardo, Bussana Vecchia, Imperia) To our surprise 2 bikes belonged to the apartment, and the seaside bike road runs literally 20m from the apartment. The apartmant is really clean and spacious for even 5 people with comfortable beds. Our host Rodolfo was very helpful and friendly explaining everything. (There was some welcome wine and local cake and the ladies in our company received some gift upon leaving.) The beatch is cca 200m all free in Riva Ligure and nearby San Lorenzo. Plenty of restaurants and a Lidl shop is nearby 300-400m. I was a bit afraid of how to park the car in the traffic of the SS1 road, but the entrance to the parking place in the apartment is wide enough

Please consider that the apartment is right on the SS1 road which is the main seaside road in Liguria and as such it is relatively busy. So the noise is noticeable even with closed windows.
