Exclusive Open Loft in Downtown Charleston

Great location - walking distance from most of downtown. Free parking was ideal. Gift bag was a nice touch.

It’s tiny!

Firstly we were promised a code for the apartment on the day of our arrival.It was not sent. Fortunately an employee happened to be at the property ( on a Sunday night). Our apartment 407 was not suitable for older people as the staircase to the bedroom loft was dangerous and was very hard to negotiate. Shower very small and not suitable for bigger people.

The owner was super about communication prior to arrival, we were able to get in a little early, which helped us greatly and the door code was easy to use throughout the stay. The owner made finding the place easy with a youtube video because it is tucked behind other homes.

There is a loud noise with the A/C unit outside, it didn't bother us and there is a noise machine inside to help at night, but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest looking elsewhere but for us it worked out perfectly.

The loft was great for a weekend trip! The bed was very comfy, the property was clean and looked like the photos. We especially liked the welcome goodie bag they left for us when we checked in. The staff was also very responsive and accommodating.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only downside was that our unit was next to the laundry room. When the laundry was in use, a strong gas smell would enter the first floor of our unit.

The location was great. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed all the neighborhoods.

It was very cold when we arrived and and the heater was in the loft so only the bedroom was heated.

Very small but doable

A very well equipped tiny home, perfect for a short stay.

The light from the alley kept the bedroom lit up through the night.
