the location was good

The property had many issues they didn’t provide a working washing machine, There are a lot of cats around the area and they leave behind a bad smell there is an issue with sewage too as the apartment had a bad smell, the outside part of the apartment does not match the insides aesthetics and overall aren’t really impressed.

L'accueil et la réactivité de mon hôte. Les lits sont confortables, l'appartement spacieux! Notre hôte nous a déposé 2 ventilateurs en prévision de la chaleur :-) Il est bien placé dans le quartier d'Agdal que nous voulions, très calme et à proximité des commerces essentiels

C'est dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas praticable, à cause du passage des chats, même si nous aimons les chats, car ils y marquent leur territoire...

I encountered several serious issues with the infrastructure during my stay, which significantly affected my experience. On the first day, the WiFi suddenly stopped working. Upon investigating, I discovered the cause was an unpaid bill. While the landlord resolved this issue within a few hours after I reported it, it was an inconvenience I hadn’t expected in a rental advertised as “luxury.” Unfortunately, a few days later, the electricity was cut off for the same reason: unpaid bills. A notice in Arabic was left at the front door, and I had to ask a friend to translate it to find out that the electricity had been overdue for over three months despite multiple warnings. The power was cut, leaving me without electricity. To my host’s credit, he acted quickly and a technician restored the electricity after a few hours, but this was another preventable disruption. The final frustration came towards the end of my stay when the WiFi stopped working again. This time, I was told it was due to construction work in the building. I was left without internet access for two days, which caused further inconvenience. Though my host apologized and tried to compensate, it doesn’t change the fact that such problems, particularly related to unpaid bills, are simply unacceptable. Beyond these infrastructure issues, the apartment fell short of its “luxury” description. The bed covers were of poor quality and didn’t even fit properly, and the bathroom was not clean enough, with visible humidity and signs of neglect. Lastly, the concierge, who is typically a reassuring presence in Moroccan apartments, was quite the opposite here. The older gentleman stationed at the entrance was unfriendly and unapproachable, never greeting guests or offering any sense of hospitality. Rather than feeling secure, his presence made me uncomfortable.
