USLocation was good. Interesting back yard neighbors. Parking was fine in front of garage.
The floors and flat surfaces were very dirty. No room to hang things in some rooms and no room for a suitcase or anything in others. Living room and roof seating was excellent.

Lack of privacy was an issue. The rooftop is visible by those around you, we even had a loud party next door that was peeping over the wall.
