Great location in Casco Viejo (Old town).

The description of the room was very inaccurate and deceptive. It said the room came with a private pool and Terrace. The only pool was a tiny one on the roof that could only fit four people. We did not get a terrace. We were on the ground floor. The kitchenette and bathroom had broken hardware that needs repair. Plus, it was more like an AirBnB than a hotel. There were no common facilities, and it was only staffed for parts of some days. If we had any questions, we were required to contact staff by WhatsApp. Sometimes I would get an answer quickly, other times it was the next day, and different people would respond to the same thread, which was confusing.
