Lovely spacious house. Very comfortable.

Couldn’t get hob to work. Call made to host. Message left and email sent. No answer until next day and we had already vacated property. Had a child with ibd so needed to cook. Disappointed at very late response from owner.

Amazing, cosy, cleaning

The property was a very good size, 2 nice living rooms, nice size kitchen, which led to a bathroom/utility room with shower, 2 more bathrooms upstairs. TV in most rooms. Location is a easy 15 mins walk to Rugby shopping area

It took a while to inform us of the code for the lock box. When I booked the property, I was told I would get the key information on the day of arrival. I sent a message for the the key information a while before arrival and sent several messages (even phoning the number a couple of times, only getting voice mail), waiting outside the property, before I eventually got the code. So please give the code in advance , as this was the only thing that spoiled the stay.

1). very good location. 2) spacious : separate living room and dinning room. My child could study in the dinning room during our stay when I watched TV in the living room without disturbing each other.

1). the bed in the master room was so soft that was very uncomfortable… same comment by other guests in the review. 2). not as clean as our standard - the drawer of the washing machine was very mouldy.… but at least the property sent someone to look into that the NEXT day. They claimed they had cleaned it more after our stay….. hope it is clean by now. 3). more responsive from the property would be better… I wish I could receive the check in details on time if not earlier…. I traveled miles away with jet lag and wanted to check in on time. but I got the check in details 45mins late… until after I called booking.com directly to push for that.

We found the beds comfy and enough TVs for all to be happy. Showers were great, enough pressure for a nice shower.

We found that there was not enough seating in the lounge. An extra couch would make a huge difference. In the kitchen, a pair of scissors would be useful, as well as a baking tray. Some of the pots and pans don't work with the induction stove. Those few that worked are not "non stick", so not easy to fry an egg. A cloth for whiping down would be helpful. There is a coffee machine, but there is no information on the coffee pods to use. More pillows on the beds and pillow cases since the few spare pillows did not have, and they looked dirty. Overall, it's not bad. Location so-so, parking an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle. I asked a question about the parking, and I am still waiting for a reply, so that was disappointing. I will most probably give another place a try.

I don't really know where to start. I had booked that house back in June 2022 as we had a family wedding coming up over Easter 2023. We are a family of five, a young couple, a middle-aged couple and grandma of 80+. For that reason we had booked a house with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms of course not far from the wedding venue. We travelled all the way from Germany to attend and were really shattered from a long day driving. When we got to the house, the key arrangements had been emailed a few hours before, we easily could get the keys from the box. BUT DISASTER STARTED RIGHT AFTER OPENING THE DOOR: the house was absolutely a mess, not cleaned at all, no beds made, bathrooms and kitchen in an awful state, fridge content from previous holiday makers and rubbish left everywhere. I contacted the lady in charge about four times in 45 minutes to complain, no answer at all and nobody turned up at the house to clean either. Anyway, being the day before Good Friday and gone 5pm and us needing accommodation for five people for five days over Easter, was really a challenge, We have had to have the first night in a hotel in Coventry and eventually found a completely overpriced house also in Coventry but far too small for our party. It messed us around completely and nobody got in touch either. The lady in charge was finally returning my numerous calls but not being helpful at all claiming the house cleaning people would have been there and said we were only picky. Luckily I took photographs of the messy house to proof my point. It took me ages to get a refund on the extra accommodation we had to book instead, but no apology or even any compensation for the messed up family holiday. Utterly disappointed by the whole experience and still paid over 600 pounds for that dreadful mess. I have learned my lesson the hard way, never bother with house booking again.
