BRAND NEW City Center Apartment Nostalgija

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Les instructions étaient très claires. L'appartement était impeccable, mention spéciale pour la décoration, la propreté, l'équipement (tant le linge de maison que les équipements de cuisine). L'emplacement est également idéal.

Excellent location, very helpful host. The apartment was absolutely lovely with beautiful interior design and a touch of luxury, including a Nespresso bar and wonderful room fragrances.

L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, perfetto per noi che eravamo in quattro. La cucina è super accessoriata (microonde, forno, macchinetta del caffè e tantissime stoviglie), e abbiamo apprezzato molto il bagno ampio con la doccia capiente, oltre alla comodità di avere lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ci hanno colpito le piccole attenzioni: piante vere in ogni stanza e candele profumate che creano un'atmosfera bellissima. La casa è molto soleggiata e si trova in una posizione strategica: vicinissima al centro a piedi e circondata da supermercati, bar e ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e host molto disponibile!

L'unica nota minima è la camera vicino all'ingresso e alla strada, che risulta un po' più rumorosa rispetto al resto della casa, ma è assolutamente sopportabile e non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno.

We felt like we are in our home - this apartment has literally everything a family could need - well equipped kitchen with big fridge, bathroom had washing machine so you don’t have to worry and you can actually pack light. Rooms are very spacious, and comfortable. Location is fantastic, close to everything, opposite the apartment is I small park great to take a dog for a walk, and parking has to be payed only from 7am till 7pm while the price is not so high for the “winter season”.

Schöne Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Auch die Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr gut.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer geht zur Hauptstraße und das kann nachts sehr laut werden.

The apartment is stylish, with plenty of space for a large group. I loved how cosy and clean it was. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, the local market and the supermarket. There are also nice cafés, coffee shops and bakeries nearby.

We disliked the street noise and the constant sound of the street lights extremely, which continued throughout the night. Although keeping the windows closed helped a little, the noise was still the biggest downside for us overall. One bedroom and the kitchen face the courtyard, but the other rooms face the noisy street.

Limpeza, apartamento muito cheiroso, amplo. Sala super aconchegante. Quartos com camas confortáveis, lençóis macios. Amenidades de banho, muito bom secador de cabelo. Localização muito boa, perto do centro de Split, curta caminhada. Inclusive dar para ir andando ao Porto. Atenção da anfitriã Ivana. Muitos utensílios de cozinha. Excelente internet. Único ponto, só ter um banheiro (mas já sabíamos).

Pontos de atenção: a toalha de banho de tamanho muito pequeno (mas de boa qualidade). E um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado, sendo utilizado o ar da cozinha (ficou bem fresco, mas tem que dormir de porta aberta).
