"Nice stay in tastefully furnished apartment / just not that easy to reach because of the traffic"

Very quick response and friendly and reliable conversation with the owner. The condo was clean, well designed and tastefully furnished, had a quik internet access and sky cable TV. The bed was nice and comfortable. The Seakyung Village 1 has a nice pool, a 24h/7 7eleven and a gym (at separate costs) inside. The Gaisano Grand Mall is not far. However, one must be aware that it is situated at the end of Basak-Marigondong Road where especially during the rush hours heavy traffic and traffic jam is awaiting you regularily so that it can take quite long to go there using a car or a Trycicle. Right now (at the the end of July 2023) the situation has become worse because of a construction near Maringondong Chapel. This is one more reason that it will be a big an advantage to have your own transportation there.

At the toilett in the bathroom the toilett seat has been completely missing. The TV was broken (1/4 of the display of the nice and big Philipps TV has not been visable because of a defect of the screen at the lower edge.
