A15 was an exceptional apartment. It was roomy and had a great kitchen. The whole unit was clean and exceeded my expectations.

Was lured into this property with promise of a balcony however it was tiny at ground level in a car park. The studios were away from the main hotel having to drive to use hotel facilities . The studios were in a residential area and had an odour of some funky cooking. Dissapointing to say the least.

Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Parking just opposite the studio. Nice balcony overlooking green patch where deers graze in the evening. Laundry Room is easily accessible on the same floor. Nice indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool (but need to drive there from the studio). 10mins drive to Grand Canyon Visitor Centre!

Get ear plugs. Not good soundproofing. We could hear the snoring at night from the studio next door.

The location was great, super close to the Grand Canyon entrance. It was also very quiet which we loved in the early mornings and evenings. Lots of windows with views of trees and sky. Beds were very comfortable and the place was really spacious too. I loved that there was a water maker in the fridge, extremely helpful for hydrating and refilling steel water bottles in altitude and not having to lug cases of water in and out.

It was difficult to find in the dark. I had messaged ahead of time to let them know we’d be arriving late and asked if someone would be available to help check in or if we just self check like a lot of places do these days. The message told us to chrck in first. We arrived around 8:30pm and there was a sign on the road that said it was closed where the maps app was leading us. I called the property and was told to “come here” first to check in and to disregard the road sign. We did that, drove past the sign and just saw apartments and no office. We tried calling again but no one answered. It was confusing. So we drove back the way we can and just guessed as to what she meant by “here” and what to do next. Apparently you have to check in at the office of their other property, the Grand Plaza (this office is also a little hard to find in the dark) and there were no instructions ever sent regarding this in any of the communications from the property prior to our stay (at least I could not find any). If it is made more clear it would make it a lot easier to find when you’re arriving late and are exhausted from driving. There is a lovely kitchen but absolutely not one stitch of spice, salt pepper or oil or even cleaning solution to wipe cabinets after cooking so you have to buy what you need at the one tiny local store. It worked out just fine but I guess I expected fee note basics for such a nice apartment and the price. So if you plan to cook for your family just stop at the general store. There was a small but nice meat selection and spices too, but not too much produce so maybe stop someplace before you get into town for your produce.
