Clever Studio near Central Shopping Center

Incredibile apartment with extremely convenient location. I had absolutely everything I needed and even more. The decorations make the apartment very cozy and the tv was enormous.

Location-wise (barring the street-noise) you could not ask for better in Cluj. Smack in the middle of everything. The apartment is easy to find (if you watch the video that is sent to you). The Apartment has been newly renovated and all equipment is new and well functioning. The TV is HUGE! There is an X-Box and the free Wi-fi is fast, reliable and easily capable of streaming. The apartment is roomy with plenty of light.

The street is noisy. It is a main street with many emergency vehicles and the occasional power-car/bike using it as a drag-strip (late at night). The coffee machine, fancy as it is, using capsules that come in packs of 8, so you will likely be short or have to buy too many. I would have preferred a simpler percolator. The towels and bedsheets are delivered in a sealed plastic bag, but there is no bath mat unless you use one of the small towels. I stayed for 3 weeks and I was not offered a change of sheets/towels or cleaning. Neither was I offered any other amenities, like toilet rolls. Indeed I didn't hear anything from the hosts for the entirety of my stay. There is no table on which to dine even if there is plenty space for one. The biggest issue, however, is the 'bed'. In the lounge there is a massive black modular sofa which doubles as a settee and a bed. Having rearranged the thing into a u-shape my 'bed' consisted of 3 modules that inevitably came apart during the night (even if the wheels were locked). On top of that, the thing is rock hard, like sleeping on a wooden board. I don't mind a hard bed, indeed I prefer a hard bed, but not that hard! The apartment would benefit greatly from having the current sofa removed and replaced by a proper double-bed and a 2-seater sofa perhaps even with a little sofa table! The space is there.

Very nice decor, furnishing and bathroom big TV with Netflix, Xbox :). Location in the center. Very nice accomodation.

Missing bed, only couch. Couch is not in one piece and when you sleep on it can desintegrate. For 2 not the best, for one is good.

Clean , great location , and premium utilities . If u can bring your ps5 with you that TV is awesome .

You do not have a parking place , but thats due to the location, parking in center of Cluj is expensive

Didn't had a bed, only couch. They dont send me the fiscal invoice even I have requested when I did the reservation. They did not send me details for check in on email. I had to call several times to make sure that I can receive all information, and every time somebody else answerd.

No breakfast

One of the blinds on one of the 2 windows was broken! I contacted the management company for the apartment but they never responded and never came to fix it. The couch is big but not to comfortable to sleep on as it’s build in piece’s which easily moves .The AC unit was improvised.
