Nothing. We booked this because it's near with our business activities that we need.

The daily rental booking in this apartment look like it's illegal (against the rules). So you got instructions to not talk to the receptionist and video step by step to the unit. Of course this is nothing to do with us. But I can understand the other units must be very uncomfortable in their home apartment with so many strangers everyday. I don't want to support this activity by not renting this apartment. It's not clean as well, some hairs on the bed sheets, and the bathroom is yucky. The floor didn't feel clean. But we stayed in the unit only for sleeping, so we just try to take the hairs away and don't want to think about this since we were very tired.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

There was no way to get up ro the lobby from the basement without an access card. We had to wait for security to come help.

value for money, the location and the room is quite clean, spacious and the floor is not high either. Decent and quite clean bed.

the bathroom could have been cleaner, I believe the cleaning staff didn't do enough cleaning and brushing the bathroom especially on the shower and sink tap. I personally would pay up to 15% more for a cleaner bathroom and shower.

Great place to stay, you have a whole flat to yourself, clean, fonctional, with hot water and a good location, especially if you want to get to lembang for the volcanoes, or Dago where you can enjoy wonderful views of the city. The place feels safe and clean, easy check-in and check-out, also easy to get a grab from there or eat in the restaurants down the street. Oh and you have a balcony too and laundry just downstairs.

I liked it all, if it were up to me I would just take the plastic off the bed post as it doesn't look that good but it's just a decorative suggestion
