Appartement luxueux au centre de marrakech

the host wasn't responding to any of my calls for about an hour, she answering and hunging up, and after +25 calls she told me that my appartement is already booked and sent me to a smaller one with no light bulbs, when i asked about my original appartement she blaimed booking.com system and said that this is the only one available so i can "take it or leave it" PS : the host did not bother to show up

The apartment was super dirty. The amenities like washing machine not working .the sheets are not clean and pillows too was super dirty.and they dint give us the apartment that's in the website. We book apartment n 50.they give us apartment n 36 with is super bad and dirty .no tawoels .and I will request my money back because I didn't get what I booked .

The previous review was published on the eve of my check-in date... Of course, I was afraid to come, but my fears were in vain. So: The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Supratour intercity bus station, 5 minutes walk to Marrakech train station, 10 minutes by bus (4 MAD)+10 minutes walk or 10 minutes by taxi to Jamaa el Fna, 12 minutes walk to Carrefour. The complex consists of 4 buildings with a swimming pool in a courtyard. There is 24/7 security at the main entrance, and they will open the main door at the complex any time you need. Self check-in: apartment's door with combination lock, no physical key (this is great for me because I'm not afraid of losing it :-)) In real life, the apartment fully matches the photos: stylish design, modern appliances, cable TV and Netflix, a hard mattress (comfortable for me), soft velvet pillowcases and sheets, a/c in every room (also work as a heater), good water pressure in the shower, balcony with seating area and sunset views. In the bathroom: 1 large towel, soap. In the kitchen: everything you need for cooking from spoons and glasses to pans, a gazer coffee maker, salt, spices, sugar. The owner was helpful and friendly. He sent me the combination code and instructions via WhatsApp and answered all my questions.

* Some basic necessities are missing: toilet paper, kitchen towel. * There is no shampoo and shower gel, but this is not a problem for me, I always take a travel kit with my cosmetics and shampoo in trips, especially in apartments. * Smell in the refrigerator. * The shower head is old and needs changing. I hope, the owner will fix it for the next guests.

If I could rate this apartment ZERO, I would. Here's why: ZERO accuracy and responsibility - the apartment was completely different from what was booked, much lower in quality. The kitchen in the dark corner, the bedroom had no window. ZERO essential hygiene items standard for rental housing - the blanket had no duvet cover, and there were no ANY towels or shower essentials. The overall condition of the apartment was extremely unkempt. ZERO communication - all my requests to fix these issues were ignored for more than 48 hours. Spending two nights under a dirty itchy blanket without a duvet cover and taking a shower without soap and towels, I decided to leave. I sent message to inform the host and tried to cancel the booking. Needless to say, these requests were also ignored - not a single phone call was answered. ZERO privacy and security - on the last night, I needed to return to the apartment. Despite my booking still being active, it turned out someone else had lived there - there were remnants of someone else's food in the fridge, and the bed full of long hairs had a different blanket. Separately, I want to express my disappointment with Booking.com, who confirmed they also couldn't contact the property owner in any way, but they did not resolve the issue. They only compensated a small part of the booking
