Perfect house in middle of local life! I was only guest. Breakfast was ready when I woke 6:30!

Wonderful guest house in a quiet village, far from the tourists of Coron. The house is clean, the hosts are very friendly and accommodating, the A/C and the wifi are both very strong, as is cell signal in the village. There's a variety of options that they willl make you for breakfast. After we mentioned we were curious, they set up a visit to their relative's rice fields on the other side of town, and our kids got to learn about and participate in the rice harvest. It's a quiet village so dinner options are limited, but there's one good restaurant a 5-minute walk from the house, there are a couple grill vendors you'll pass on the street, or you can buy veggies and fish in town and cook for yourself. We stayed here to be closer to the pier for a dugong trip (which was great), and to be farther away from over-touristed Coron town, and we're very happy we did.

A couple times the electricity to the village went off for planned construction, but it was fine.

The contact with the landlord was excellent; she responded to us immediately. She helped us arrange transportation and rent a scooter on-site. Auntie Hania is the person who is at the house, and although it wasn't mentioned in the offer, Auntie Hania made us delicious breakfasts every day. Everything we expected was fulfilled. It’s a wonderful place to experience true Filipino life away from the city.

There was no TV.

Relatives of the owner are very friendly and accommodating! Place is very close to Calauit and Black island.

this place is a total scam. 90% of the facilities and description are false. 1. this is definitely not a private home, and misadvertised as such. what the owner means by you clearly booking an entire hike which is stated multiple times, is that you only rent a room in the house. we came to the house expecting a private home and found other people staying with us as well as the caretaker. a small child and a man. 2. no dishwasher, no coffee machine, no washing machine, most definitely no "spa bath" and no free breakfast as advertised. moreover no hot water in the shower and almost no flow in general(feels like you are being peed on jot even kidding have videos). 3. when I addressed the issues to the homeowner via WhatsApp she said that I rented a room and not the house and I quote - " 1 vacation home means one room". we have arrived after sunset to the remote place with 0 transportation and no other option to stay within a 15 or 20 km radius. 4. kitchen was dirty, cockroaches in the cupboards, the other unexpected guests leaving their dirty underwear in public places
