Concerning appartement 409, owner EREZ. The appartement is in a bad condition. When we arrived we did not have any explanation, in the description there was written there is a safe, ironing board, hairdryer and access to the swimming pool included. In reality non of the above is true. The appartement is unlivable; dirty, crawling insects, the shower is moldy, the hairdryer is broken, there are no hangers, no iron and no cupboards. The pool access was not included, the owner was supposed to provide, but evaded ours calls. Moreover insects were crawling in the shower, living room, bedroom, kitchenette; we found them dead or alive, small ones and bigger ones. I would certainly not recommend this appartement. Do not rent this appartement, it will ruin your holiday, as it dit to ours. See pictures below.

לאחר ההזמנה הגענו ופקיד הקבלה סרב לקבל אותנו כיוון שלא היה לנו מספר חדר/דירה, דבר מוזר לכשעצמו. גם שלמדנו וגם לא התארחנו מן סידור מוזר כזה

I didn’t get any key for stay. I tried to reach the owner without success. The door man didn’t support and just tell me to call the owner I sent refund request and didn’t get any response back yet

לא מומלץ, הבעלים לא עונה לטלפון ולהודעות, גם בקבלה לא התיחסו ולא ידעו על ההזמנה. לא קבלתי את החדר, נאלצתי להזמין מקום אחר מאוחר לאותו יום.
