"Worst communication. Waits until day of check in to respond. No parking."

Poor communication lead to me not going through with staying at this location. The owner decided not to message back to me until the day of check in, which I had messaged the owner 3 days prior and continued every day until the day of check in. I requested a refund from the owner personally which they messaged "Booking. Com" I also went through Booking, and they have stated that they're still waiting for a response from the owner of the property still and maybe I should message the owner (which I have already done).
