INCentral location. Quiet place. The owner is very prompt in responding and extremely helpful for anything we needed.
NZFantastic location, spacious and beautiful apartment in a historic building which was truly an experience. Comfy beds and very quiet. Great communication with the host.
Windows and wooden shutters were so tricky to open and looked very fragile so we just left everything closed. Shower doors in the second bathroom were broken and didn't close properly. Dining table was too small for five people.
AUI complained to the owner of this apartment as it was not luxury as advertised, although quite big in size. Booking.com need to look at accommodation that you list for holiday letting,l, so that they cannot be falsely advertised. It was clean and milk and biscuits provided, (hardly a breakfast that was supposed to be included), but there were a number of other issues; the shower surround in the second bedroom fell apart on first use; the interconnecting door between the two rooms had to be locked overnight and that room had no access to the living/dining room, so useless for a couple with children sharing with others.

Didn’t know about the property being in a zone ZTL. Host eventually arranged for us and we paid for the day. We wasted about 45 mins driving around.

1.Breakfast was very poor!! 2.The bottles of water were open even though they should have been sealed. 3.The answer we received for asking for room cleaning was ironic and not polite. 4. We had to ask for toilet paper because there was almost none. 5. We asked to leave our luggage at the room for a few hours because check out was at 10:00 a.m and our flight was at 16:20, and they sent me a message with an andress where we could leave our luggage. We couldn't find this address anywhere so we spent much time searching for a place to leave them while having to pay. The afternoon of that day i was finally told that we could leave our luggage at the room for a few hours after having spent at least two hours searching.
ITFantastic apartment ,very clean, and in the center of the city but maintaining so much tranquility! The historic building with inside a combination of modern and historic reminiscent of the medieval city with still the finishes of the time! Spacious spaces, when we entered we were speechless, it feels like being inside a modern castle! It is best Place for Family , Couples . Everything was maintained. I thank the host so much because he gave us a unique experience! HIGHILY RECOMMENDED.

GBIt was in a perfect location, not far from the centre but quiet during the evening. It was comfortable, spacious apartment for 3 of us. The host was very accessible and helpful.
It was all good. The was a small issue where part of the shower door kept coming off the roller
