Double bedroom near city center Manchester

Beautiful room so cosy and everything you needed for a short stay. The people who looked after us were lovely. Thank you so much. Was lovely to come back to a warm room after our rave🤣

Loved everything

The location is easily reached by bus from the city center. It's not a central neighborhood. Our journey took much longer than expected because of the incredible amount of traffic, but I imagine it wouldn't have taken that long on a better day. The room was lovely and quite clean. There was a small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, cutlery, bowls and cups, complimentary tea, a hairdryer, and clean towels as well. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is upstairs and it was very clean.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but it was okay after all. The room was a bit chilly, and we had a bit difficulty locking the doors since the owners were in the process of renewing them.

- 25min from the city center (easy to reach by a bus that is near by (literally 1min walk from the house)) - the room and the bathroom was clean - quite well equipped for a short stay - good pub on the other side of the road

- the metal part of the door lock is broken, so the plastic baby lock is useless (you can open the door by pushing it with one finger) - quite rude when you meet somebody in the house, say a loud "hello" and there is nothing in return - to get water/wash the dishes you need to go upstairs to the bathroom (no dishwashing liquid)
