Ameijeira Lagos Apartment

The property was somewhat further away from the town centre than we had realised (my fault entirely - I should have done my research better!) and the walk back to the apartment was uphill for most of the way. Fortunately we discovered early on that Ubers are cheap and plentiful in Lagos. The outside BBQ on the balcony was dirty and all of the accessory racks were rusty, rendering it effectively unusable. Fortunately we had planned to eat out most days anyway so not a particular problem for us on this occasion, but it could easily have been. No "welcome pack" of "essentials" (eg water, milk etc) which was a problem for us because we arrived late on a Sunday after the shops had closed. Would have happily paid for a welcome pack to be provided as an optional extra if it had been offered. Absence of basic household items (eg washing up liquid, hand soap, bin liners etc) requiring us to buy even minimum quantities of these items that would clearly outlast several subsequent 1-2 weeks rental stays). Fortunately we had the foresight to bring with us a small quantity of washing machine and dishwasher capsules!! Only other issue is that it is street parking only, which can be a bit of a lottery.

It is helpful to have some items available such as salt, pepper, olive oil but it’s not a big issue

Bem localizado. Perto de cafés e restaurantes. Intermarché a 5 mn a pé. 3/4 praias a 5 mn de carro. Apartamento espetacular, com todas as comodidades. Quartos grandes e 2 casas de banho completas (com duche). Cozinha grande e sala também. Varanda espetacular, com mesa para 6 pessoas e barbecue. Zona calma. Estacionamento perto. A repetir.
