First and foremost, the staff are by far the sweetes and most happy people to welcome and host you throughout your stay. The facility is absolutely wonderful. A massive pool overlooking the entire valley. Perfect for sunset. Loved ever bit of it. Very big and comfortable bed. The rooms were perfectly sized with lots of storage. Good and strong AC. Definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Het personeel was super. Heel behulpzaam en dachten mee. Staan altijd klaar als het nodig is.

Wij lagen in de onderste bungalow. De trappen op waren er ooit teveel aan. Het ontbijt is super echter het avondeten kan beter.

Nice hilltop location overlooking the forest and ocean in the distance. Tidy room, good bed, nice open ceiling marble hot water shower and separate toilet. Towels, toothbrush, water provided. Nice bike bed. clean sheets. Air con and curtains good. Easy parking and good restaurant on site. Staff helpful. Nice clean pool.

In the middle of nowhere. So if you run short on gas or cash you are stuck. Slightly overpriced perhaps for the location. The bathroom doors are bowed and do not close. Front sliding doors no longer slide freely and need lifting and dragging. Small things but you notice them.

The view is fantastic, the pool was very nice after a long day. It is very quiet so it felt very private.

When we arrived, we were disappointed about how dirty it was, it looked like the bathroom hadnt been cleaned, pee stains and hair on the toilet, toothpaste stains on the sink. We asked for another room and yet again the bathroom was a mess. We also showed them the state of the fridge, it was not good, the ashtrays also had not been emptied. We expressed our frustration to the manager and he informed us we could not get a refund. Instead the staff came and scrubbed the bathroom for 30 minutes. We asked for a discount on the motorbike rental and after a long discussion with the manager, we agreed to a 100,000 Rupiah discount (in our eyes, not good enough). We decided not to eat from the restaurant so we cannot comment on that.
