We have booked the room by booking.com. Reservation was confirmed. When we checked in at the reception, the receptionist showed us a sms...we apologise but we can't confirm your room because we don't accept foreigners in our hostel... That's what we call " professionalism "

NOTHING!

Big horrible surprise on arrival! They told us we have no bookings! We showed them all the proof and email of confirmation. We told them we spoke twice on the phone and so on. No help whatsoever. No Manager was present. No compensation. Avoid at any cost! based on Google reviews, it seems they are into scamming tourists!
