Wooden design Apartment

La posizione sicuramente è strategica per un weekend a Bologna o più. Il palazzo è signorile, ben tenuto e silenzioso per la maggior parte della notte. I letti erano molto comodi.

La cucina cade letteralmente a pezzi, è una cucina che sembra premium appena la vedi ma quando ti avvicini vedi antine scardinate e viti penzolanti: necessita di manutenzione. Come letto in altre recensioni, c'è un tappeto molto sporco nella zona giorno, potrebbero toglierlo e la casa assumerebbe un aspetto molto più elegante onestamente. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo un po' più di cura ai dettagli.

Por poner una pega, en el salón había una alfombra, me parece poco higiénico, íbamos con un bebé y cada dos por tres había que limpiarle los pies , ya que de pisar la alfombra se le ponían negroS . Entiendo que no estaría muy limpia

L’emplacement

L’accueil👎 : Appartement propre , bien équipé, calme, emplacement tout près du centre historique, correspond parfaitement aux images ,on apprécie .malheureusement accueil horrible mais vraiment. On a visité plein de pays ,l' accueil chaleureux était toujours au rendez vous, la dame brune aux cheveux crépus, chargée de nous donner les clés était horrible au vrai sens du terme ,aussitôt qu’elle a ouvert la porte de l’immeuble elle a commencé à crier toute seule même pas bonjour ni bienvenue , si c’est la même personne qui fait l’accueil soyez sûrs qu’il va foirer votre projet "Wonderful Italia" .à noter que nous étions en règle avant notre arrivée ; depuis l'enregistrement en ligne, la confirmation de l'heure de l'arrivée jusqu’à même la taxe de séjour qui a été payée en avance, pourtant la dame était vraiment enragée on ne sait pourquoi , le comble du non professionnalisme . c'est pour cela que je donne un grand 0 comme note pour l’accueil .

Pros 1. Location was amazing. Walking distance to anywhere in town. 2. Close proximity to coffee in the morning to the grocery store to any major piazzas. 3. There was an elevator and the apartment was pretty new.

Cons 1. The dishwasher was broken. We made dinner one night and we didn’t want to be doing dishes. 2. The second night in the apartment the heat went out. We were not able to reach anyone even though the website guidelines say reachable from 9 am to 9 pm. We had to wear sweaters and socks to bed. 3. There were blood stains on one of the bedsheet. 4. If you’re thinking of staying then bring your own condiments such as salt, oil etc etc because nothing is provided.

The location was the best thing, close to train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The property was nice and clean, the rooms were spacious and cosy. Kitchen was fully equipped bar the dishwasher not working.

Natural daylight was a bit limited due to the way the windows opened. There was only 1 toilet roll provided for 6ppl and no spare in the bathroom.

Great location and lovely building

Got stuck in the lift for an hour and had to call 999. Not fun. Electrics in general not good. Some work some don't. Was fine as when stuck we didn't mind but could have been a problem for some visitors. Called host but was 1am so understandably did not respond. Thank goodness we had Italian to call for support. Otherwise the place was lovely but they need to fix the electrics!
