The stuff were lovely, caravan was lovely and clean and had everything we needed,hot tab was lovely x

Beautiful setting and lovely and clean !

Liked the setting of the podcast next to the river. Was peaceful when the f☆☆☆☆☆☆ neighbour had left. The podcast had everything we needed except a hairdryer. Lots of plug sockets, bed comfy.

The noise from a neighbouring pod. That went on all evening, the people had been drinking so l was not wanting to cause a scene. The staff said we should have phoned but it was too late as they had left. Staff stated they did not hear it nor that it happens often. The guy was very dismissive of my telling him. I did not like that. Also the info sheets were very negative particularly about taking your dog. It was all dont do this and dont do that, dont chase the birds. Very negative indeed. Also £25 ok thats standard for a deep clean which is rubbish no extra cleaning will be done. Some people are dirtier than dogs. A nice doggy welcome pack would have softened this, as we all know is an extra money making scheme.

Very nice and clean caravan with all amenities provided.
