Amazing stay .

Pillows. We come every year and always forget the pillows. 🤣

Great location and perfect for 2 of us for a short stay. The property was great. We’ve stayed in pods before, but this was the first we’ve had with a hot tub. We loved that!

Nothing

It was a lovely, clean caravan. Hot tub was great. Nice and peaceful. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Nice location in front of the river, very close to shops and cafes and you can park one car behind the pod. If you have a dog there is a big park, fairly clean. The pod is warm, especially the en-suite bathroom which has a heater.

There isn’t much privacy either from neighbours or the main road on the bridge. The wood fired hot tub takes at least 4-5 hours to get warm, not even hot, we ended up using it properly the next day. They should put it on for the arrival if you want to use it in the same day. The pod wasn’t much clean, the bed and the sofa smelled like sweat and there were crumbs and dust in some part of the floor.

Location, cleanliness

Not able to use hot tub on arrival as temp only at 28.5, feel this should be at correct temp as booking known well in advance so no reason not to have it set at the correct temp on arrival. And when only there for 2 nights you miss out on a full night of using hot tub and that was reason we booked the caravan with hot tub. Also could be doing with some hooks outside at hot tub area to hang towels.

Location

Would have liked to have had chairs on the outdoor bit to be able to sit outside of a morning or evening.

Nice view, location was good. Staff were friendly.

Hot tub, mold in the couch, pan handles were flimsy.
