"Hotel Gross is exactly that…Gross"

there was nothing enjoyable about this property.

Where to begin? Nothing from this property listing was as advertised. The deluxe room with king bed, bathtub, soundproof walls, and balcony with lake view that I booked apparently do not exist (there isn’t even a lake nearby lol). I was instead put in a room with two beds that was filthy and filled with flies, no windows facing outdoors, and on the ground floor right between reception and kitchen…smelling and hearing people cooking ALL NIGHT. To top it off, water was completely shut off at 10pm and no staff helped fix it for 45 min. Also, as was paid for in advance, no breakfast was served or available in any fashion in the morning. Finally, the staff were horrible and condescending, refused to refund so I could go stay elsewhere without losing money, and place is really poorly located and it took Ola (india Uber) over 20 minutes to arrive each time it was used.
