The security Staff when you went up to the rooftop pool, they kept coming every day asking to see our cards even if we’d been there in the morning and went back in the evening they would ask us again in the evening to show our cards

GBGBPerfect. Not sure why one reviewer was negative. For us it was the a great place to stay . Would have been nice to be able to use the rooftop garden. My son was told it was for residents only. Not a an issue as the balcony area has ample space with access from both the lounge and the main bedroom. It even had a wasing machine it you require.

GBWe stay in Gibraltar 3/4 times a year and having see these apartments being built we thought we would give them a try. The location is great, ideal for everything.
We occurred several issues with the apartment, which we did feedback after we left. There is a distinct drainage issue with the development as the smell was overpowering especially from the main bathroom, there are several plug ins dotted around but they don't help with the problem. The apartment wasn't very clean, the towels has a very strange aroma on the to the point we washed them and left them on the balcony to dry for the day whilst we was out as there was no clothes airer, and also an iron with no ironing board! There was marks on the bedding, which I was told this is all taken to the dry cleaners but again the bedding was so creased it had no way been dry cleaned and pressed! Rusty toilet brush holders, dusty towel rails in both bathrooms, dirty toothbrush holder and soap dish as well! I seriously think the apartment hadn't been cleaned! There are several packets of wipes in the kitchen cupboard, which when we wiped down the bathrooms, kitchen table, sides and floors, and gave it a sweep around we was horrified to our findings! I did feed all of our concerns back to the owner with approximately 10/12 photos of the dirty wipes etc but I was basically called a liar and he disbelieved me, event though you could see the apartment rooms in the background! This is such a shame as we would have stayed there again several times in the future but we will revert back to West One! Its not in my nature to complain but the owner wasn't willing to discuss my findings, so have now taken this up with booking,com directly.
