The location is strategic, near SLEX, mall, restaurants, church and hospital. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The owner is very responsive. The gym facility is free.

I could have given a 10 but the bed is still wrapped in plastic making it very uncomfortable to sleep. You may replace it with a mattress protector if you are concern of staining it.

Maganda, Very clean unit. Attentive host. Malamig ang room. Very good view. Complete ang kitchen. Good size fridge. May heater ang bathroom. Pool use is extra 200pesos which is affordable naman but gym is free of use.

The bed have a plastic wrapper. It gets noisy when you start tossing and turning. Please replace it with a water proof matress encasement if your worried other than that the bed is soft and nice sana.
