Everything was mostly nice and comfortable except for the owner that is not giving the deposit back. Also there was no shampoo or shower gel, and also there was a single roll of higienic paper.

The booking price description said that out of the 232€ that we paid, 80€ were a deposit that would be refunded at the end of the stay if everything was correct. After our stay, i spoke to the owner and told him we had accidentally broken the mop wringer as we tried to drain the mop after cleaning something, so that he could take some money out of the deposit to cover that, and I also asked when would the rest be refunded. Also I should mention that we caused absolutely no trouble other than this, and we left everything completely clean and tidy. The owner replied that since the 80€ that were supposed to be charged hadnt been charged somehow, that I should transfer him 30€ to cover for the mop wringer. This is incorrect. I was charged the full 232€ price, which included the 80€ deposit. I explained that the deposit was included in the 232€ that I had paid, that it was clearly detailed in the booking price description, and also that 30€ for breaking a mop wringer that was old and broke as soon as we attempted to give its intended and correct use was abussive. I told him that 20€ was the most money I would agree to be charged, which is still well beyond the price of what we broke, but after this, the owner just ghosted me. He just stopped replying, I guess after finding out he wasnt gonna be able to cheat us.

El apartamento muy moderno y limpio, con aparcamiento en el recinto , muy cómodo y el anfitrión contestaba rápido a nuestras preguntas. Nos gustó mucho con todas las comodidades de una vivienda

Nos pareció todo bien solo por poner un pero diría que pusiera algún paño de cocina para secar.

Appartamento di un complesso nuovissimo. Pulitissimo. Piscina ottima. Supermercato ad 1 minuto. Super ok.

It was a little bit difficult to find on maps the exact address. To have more sockets in the smaller bedroom would be fine.
