Exceptionally clean. Staff VERY friendly and helpful! Loved the location to our venue .

Scent as you walk in lobby was too strong . Made my asthma flair up . Smelled like musky air freshener or essential oil diffuser . Price was also very high . Roof top Bar was great but online said they were open til 2 and they did last call at 11:30 with strict closing at midnight. Breakfast area was set up very badly … needs to move drinks out of the nook area . Breakfast was very busy and there was chaos to the point they couldn’t keep up and no one could move because it was poorly designed . People walking back and forth instead of a natural progression of movement . Breakfast was so so for the hotel cost I expected more compared with other places I’ve stayed .

Everything nice locations

The provided breakfast was ample, but the "hot" food was cold. It is a nice idea to have the ingredients for tacos or carnitas, but it is not appetizing when it is all cold. The room was fine; the door to the room stuck and needed some work. Comfortable bed. The hotel is easily walkable from the Raleigh train station and the surrounding neighborhood is lively with many restaurants, and it appears to be safe.

There were a number of events going on downtown. The parking lot was full except for people with reservations at a restaurant in the hotel. So, we had to park in a parking lot that cost over $30. This needs to be disclosed that parking can be an issue as we would not have stayed here had we known. We were late to our event and my husband is a diamond member and I’m gold.

Facility and rooms seems to be recently updated so looks and smelled clean. Hotel was close to event center as well.

I was originally told the parking would be free, however when I arrived the Valet parking is $30 a night. Was quite disappointed to have been told something different when I called to confirm. Bed was not comfortable but the pillows were nice.

I stayed at your hotel 9/14-9/16. Hotels. com have ghosted me on any credits from previous dates that were entered incorrectly. I called the front desk at Hilton and explained my situation. They told me they would get the situation resolved when I checked in but when I came to check in there was nothing they could do. So basically Hilton and Hotels.com have my money and say no credits will be issued. I will never use hotels. Com again. Basically stealing my money!!
