"Exceptional"

Location was perfect in the heart if Modena. Beds were comfortable, large bath towels and Airconditioner worked well. Definitely will stay again!

"Be prepared for parking burdle"

Great location in the very city center minutes on foot from any attractions. Well equipped, with capsule coffee machine ready to use and cold bottle of wine :-) Did not used any of extra amenities though, like wash machine, stream services etc. Bathroom nicely equipped a bit small though,

Property name mentioning "with Parking" is misleading and may lead to a wrong conclusion. In the app description is all correct though - you have to find a parking place on your own, having only a right to park nearby without guarantee to have a such. Bathroom nicely equipped a bit small though, Have not found anything like Youtube on the TV. TV itself could be bigger. Kitchen stove is very basic. Steps in the middle of the room could be dangerous esp. for the kids. Extra steps after elevator are not pleasant at all. And the last - this is surely not an apartment (as the name of the property suggests), but rather a studio – to be precise.
