"Stress free - easy access, easy parking, good location for our needs, all clean and comfortable."

Perfect location for our stay with plenty of adjacent on-street parking. The two double bedrooms were huge. Very nice to have a Christmas tree waiting for us - unexpected pleasant surprise. Well equipped kitchen area. Heating system very responsive.

The living room felt a little cramped - but not really a major issue. Whilst the bathroom is a good size - it looked a little 'tired'.

"Spacious Apartment"

There is plenty of space, very clean in all areas, and good kitchen facilities. Outdoor space that will be good to relax in come summer. TV in some bedrooms as well as lounge.

The boiler timer switch selector won't move into ON positon. Timer position OK, though. Not immediately clear what status heating is in. Had to switch off boiler power to ensure heating off when out of property.

"Brilliant relaxing break"

The location was ideal for our dog, 10 minute walk to Northumberland park, another 5 minutes down to the quayside with plenty bars and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Tynemouth or Whitley bay only 10 minutes away, nice beaches and walks for the dog and plenty dog friendly pubs and coffee shops.

We were very happy with the accommodation, welcome pack and prompt reply to any queries.

Minimal problem, need a bin in bathroom and slight problem we couldn't light the oven but very pleased with everything else

"Perfect place to stay !"

Such a lovely spacious apartment. The 2 main bedrooms are an amazing size and the 2 single bedrooms are good to have when travelling as a family. The tv’s are great in the rooms are great for a family to watch different programmes. Great location and good recommendations for the hosts. The hosts were easily contactable and nothing was too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again. We booked here as a base for taking my son to uni in Newcastle, brilliant location for this as it’s only a 20 minute drive to the city centre and the plus is having a beach only 5 minutes drive away. We loved our stay. Thank you so much 😊
