The property is in close walking distance to Porta Catania.

First of all this is not a house. It’s two separate apartments in a large apartment building, in absolutely different locations in the building and on different floors. The views are far from “amazing”. Next to the apartment building is a large construction site so you get amazing vies of that. Mariateresa was nervous and unfriendly. It took her an hour to explain the specifics of each apartments, lifts etc The pool that is advertised is shared by the entire apartment building with struct pool hours. It is located outside the building itself next to the parking. One of the apartments had too small a shower and bad shower pressure. Was the worst stay we had on Sicily

Das Appartement liegt in einem modernen Appartementhaus mit Blick über die Dächer Taorminas bis zum Meer. Sehr vorteilhaft für Taormina ist die vorhandene Tiefgarage. Ein sehr guter Supermarkt sowie die Altstadt ist nach wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Verwalterin schickt einem vorher per WhatsApp Informationen und Fotos, was die Orientierung sehr einfach gestaltet. Sie war beim Empfang vor Ort und hat uns alles Notwendige erklärt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, lokalizacyjnie wygrywa, całe szczęście nie trzeba brać auta z garażu, czysto, piękne widoki...

Trasa na budynku powinien być bardziej dogodny do klienta, z takim widokiem brakowało miejsca aby usciac i wypić kawę

Jest super, lokalizacja wyśmienita, komfortowe wnętrza z parkingiem wewnątrz budynku, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo wygodna. Widoki z apartamentu piękne, polecam.

Super Lage - keine 5 Minuten ins Zentrum, Parkplatz war vorhanden, sehr ruhig

La ubicación a pasos del casco histórico, el parking gratuito en la propiedad, las instalaciones nuevas, el balcón con la vista.

Para ducharse con agua caliente hay que hacerlo rápido, dura poco. Había solo dos cápsulas de café de cortesía y fuimos 4 huéspedes . Pero son detalles, el resto todo perfecto!
