Mooi appartement in luxe woontoren, eigenlijk precies wat je zou verwachten. Ruim zwembad en allerhande voorzieningen die je in dergelijke woontorens vindt. Supermarkt vlak bij en grote TV. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijn hotel verblijf, maar we hebben er niet zelf gekookt. Dat was waarschijnlijk wel een uitdaging geworden, want het servies is wat beperkt.

Sri Lankanen zijn enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam, en dat hebben we de hele reis goed gemerkt. Wij zijn hier ook goed ontvangen, maar het was een stuk zakelijker dan op andere locaties. Het parkeren van onze tuktuk was nog een hele uitdaging, omdat ze eigenlijk vonden dat we die maar gewoon bij de vuilnisbakken moesten zetten naast de scooters. Uiteindelijk heeft een van de concierges van het gebouw hier ons goed bij geholpen. In die zin is het echt de grote stad. Geen nadeel, maar misschien wel even iets om te weten.

The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well maintained and everything worked well. It is centrally located with shops close by for basic accessories also ATM station. It was the first time that we lived in such a high-rise apartment; on the 17th floor of a 51 floor apartment block and the view from the balcony over the city of Colombo was fantastic. Although we did not use the Gym or pool on the 11th floor we found visited and found it very charming and welcoming.

If you like to cook as we do you may find the cooking area a little too minimal. Not enough space on the balcony for the clothes stand so we had it inside

Stayed here with my family and had a really good experience. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient and ideal for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful and highly satisfying stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nothing

Nice rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and kitchenware were good too. The washing machine, fridge, air-conditioning, beds, etc., everything was perfect. Everything was on-point. It felt like "home away from home." I really enjoyed my stay there. The manager, Mr. Stanley, was exceptionally forthcoming. I was informed beforehand that housekeeping services would be provided only once during my four-night stay. I subsequently requested that the housekeeping be performed a day earlier than initially scheduled, and this request was kindly accommodated at the time of my convenience.

So, I was told earlier that I'd have to self check-in since I was getting there super late, like 2 AM. No biggie there. The WiFi was actually pretty good, but two out of four nights, the speed dropped below 1 MBPS after 5 PM. I tried restarting the router like Mr. Stanley said, but it didn't help. The host also told me that the building management, not them, needed a copy of my passport. I was fine with that too. But it ended up being this really long online form for all my family members' biodata, which took forever to fill out and upload. It was pretty annoying since we'd just traveled for over 16 hours.

Room was very small, there was no hall, no tissue paper available at the room, there was no balcony, pricr for the room was very high, 45000 lkr for 2 nights. In this building 5 months ago, for 2 nights i paid 32,000 lkr which included all the facilities, with better room size, hall, balcony, and excellemt room. Overall not satisfied atall.
