La posizione e i servizi

La struttura è piccola ma accogliente, perfetta per due persone. È dotata di un parcheggio incluso (non sempre scontato), posizione ottima: circa 400 mt dalla spiaggia, mezz’ora a piedi dal centro di Lerici e 15 minuti in macchina dalla Stazione Centrale La Spezia per poter visitare anche le 5 Terre. Inoltre la Sig.ra Laura è una donna molto gentile e disponibile!

Wi-fi, I just didn’t realize it but it’s written in the description Although the bed is a sofa with bed function it was not as dramatic and uncomfortable as others said

- The host was very accommodating and responsive. - The place is located within walking distance of the beach - The apartment is equipped with all modern equipment and looks new - There is a private parking space which is a must in this town because it's very overcrowded and impossible to park anywhere.

- Despite having modern equipment, you cannot use it all at the same due to some restrictions with the electricity system? It means you cannot have the A/C and the boiler on at the same time. It's not a big issue but a minor inconvenience. - The place has no WiFi which is a major inconvenience if you are coming from abroad. Especially considering all the modern equipment and the fact that the apartment next door (also on Booking) does have WiFi, it seems like a weird decision. - The apartment is advertised as a one-bedroom, but it's a studio appartment - The apartment is advertised as having a garden to relax in. However, the garden is barely big enough to stand in, has no furniture to sit on, and is right next to the busiest road in the town so even if you would sit on the grass you'll be inhaling exhaust fumes in the most noisy place in town. - The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and left us with sore backs every morning.
