AUThe view and location. Also modern & clean.
It wasn’t serviced daily and, unfortunately, I didn’t recall reading this in the description before booking. It was quite expensive but likely due to the beautiful view over the lake. A few tea, coffee & sugar sachets provided as a starter pack but no milk in the fridge. This seemed strange as why bother unless the complete provisions are supplied to make a cuppa! There is no TV antenna so needed to rely on internet that kept lagging and, as a consequence, no access to live TV.
NZThe place was clean, modern and homely. The view was amazing.
The internet was terrible. You were unable to watch the TV as you needed internet to stream the channels. The shower and basin fluctuated in temperature so you had to have a quick clean. There was not enough cutlery to cook with and eat with. You had to clean the cutlery to eat meals. There needed to be two key cards so that you could carry bags etc inside as you needed the key card at the bottom door and top to get in. The couch was uncomfortable as you would sag into the couch and had to sit on the cushions to make it more comfortable.

Car park was occupied and called the phone number not much help, found someone to move the car ourselves. Tea and coffee was provided but No milk, friends staying in same complex were provided milk.

The lack of photos and description for the studio in the ad was misleading (2out of 27 images was for the two bedroom apartment so it was hard to work out which photos applied to the studio apartment. A floor plan for each should be be added). There were no tissues supplied, no shampoo supplied, not large bin provided and very basic kitchenette of a fridge and kettle.
AUGreat gym facilities. Very clean and looks like the pictures. Large comfy bed. Great bathroom,
No outdoor space ( we thought there was a balcony). Shared entrance. Did not long-life milk in fridge for a cup of tea.
NZSadly I thought we had booked a unit with a veranda, it looked like that in the photos!
NZLoved the facilities and a lovely view
The glasses in the cupboard weren’t clean, smudgy oily marks. And the shampoo / conditioner was just a bottle on the floor in the shower which makes it feel like it’s just someone house rather than an a boutique stay. Small things can really make a difference.
