Four Bedroom High Spec Victorian Townhouse

Ideal town centre location.

The parking was a little problematic given we had two cars. A little cold in the house the first evening, until we worked out how to alter the thermostat. ( It was a particularly cold evening).

The size and cleanliness of property

the bedroom downstairs need dehumidifying and wasn't comfortable to sleep in. Something odd was in the air.

The house had everything we needed and was really clean.

Parking was a bit tricky, we had 2 cars with us and had to move them about a bit but we were so central that it was worth it.

Beds were comfortable and clean, water was hot and plenty of towels. Well located in the Centre of Clitheroe,

A couple of things in the property looked a bit tired!! Light bulbs in the entrance hall and bathroom were missing and broken. Mold on the bathroom blind and ceiling, the edge of the sink unit had also come away due to water ingress. The kitchen bin had no lid (broken off & missing), TV remote controls were greasy, Internet was intermittent (WiFi). The "get you in pack" was a bit basic with bottles of water and some sweets, milk in the fridge would of been appreciated. We didn't feel anything was "High Spec" within the house compared to other cottages.

The seating arrangement in the living room/ dining room was a bit limited for a larger group
