The location is great. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel room was very clear and cozy. Has wide balcony. Host helped us with transfer back to ferry port. Sea line like 5 minutes walk from hotel. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We loved everything about Terinikos, the apartment was a good size, and very comfortable, the pool area and gardens are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner, Nikos, gave us a lift to the airport on our last day, which was both unexpected and really nice - typically Greek! Terinikos is tucked away just behind the town centre, so everything is very handy, but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful.

As it was early season, the pool bar was closed, but the rooms were so close to the pool that it was no hassle to fetch drinks down from our room.

Long overdue return and again did not disappoint. The apartment was spacious with comfortable bed, well equipped and serviced regularly by efficient housekeeping team. Pool area & gardens peaceful, pretty and well kept, we often felt like we were the only guests there (in a good way). Ideal location in the resort for beach, restaurants & public transport. We will be returning very soon

If we had to find something we were less keen on, we acknowledge it is widely known that Greek bathroom towels are not that generous so they could always be improved on. It was a bonus however that we were supplied with complimentary pool towels for our stay.

The room was clean and quiet. I informed that i will come with an infant and they setup a crib for the baby without asking them (that was really nice of them). Also they placed two bottles of water in the fridge (required for the hot summer in Rhodes) and some nice local treats on the table. When the room service came to clean our room, our baby was sleeping and we asked her to come after a while when the baby would be awake. The lady waited untill we left the room (after 40minutes) and when we returned it was cleaned!

The pool should be better cleaned. We found some small ants in the room, most probably coming from the sink or under the door. The shower wasn't in the best condtion.

Thanks to the owner (or manager) for helping the family during the evacuation from the Rhodes fires. He was amazing and waited long after midnight until my family arrived at his place after an 8-hour ordeal on the sea with small kids. If everyone would behave like this guy (sorry, don't know the name), the world would be a different place.
