Absolutely terrible communication with the owner and the caretaker! We had been given a parking lot number by the owner, but on arrival we were then told by the guard it wasn't anywhere here, and to go to the carpark over 150 meters away, where we found out it was going to cost us P400! There was nothing about this from the owner, who didn't even bother to call us back after attempting to call and message to help us with this. We would NOT have booked if this parking situation was made clear to us at ANY time during booking because the room was already pricey, then factor in P400 per 24hr and still having to pay to use the pool... genuinely not worth it. On top of that my wife could not work due to having no WIFI. The caretaker gave us the wrong password, then stopped responding. After finding the password on the rear of the router we discovered there was no network (despite switching on and off).. the caretaker stopped replying to messages asking for help and we never heard back from her. Useless... Transparency was a big deal with this one.. miss leading add, incorrect address leads you to believe the unit is somewhere else, then once booked you find out it's in the Wind Residences...where you have to pay for access to the pool. Also no towels at all.. that's a first for me. So I couldn't even shower. I've stopped in 3 other places this past two weeks, all half the price, all free parking, all no complaints from me.

What i dont like is, we waited for an hour for the host to arrived, we’re already late for the check in and still she was late, normally the check in is at 14:00 then we arrive at 17:00 and the host arrived 17:54 ,. Because of this matter i requested for a late check to reconsider what was happened yesterday, good thing,they let us to do the check out at 13:00

Location.

Pinned location in google maps wasnt accurate. There were no proper instructions about how to check in. The emails lacks information about the property. Free parking was included in the amenities but we paid extra since they cannot give us a parking area. The owner and the caretaker were unreachable and it took us 4 hours to contact them and for us to check in. Given that our arrival time is midnight. We waited until 2 am to get to the unit.
