"Loved the property but needed some tweaking"

Location great. Lovely apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Television not working. Sofas were not sofa beds as advertised. There was no internet connection, which I obviously didn’t check,although I understood that was going to be sorted fairly shortly.

We had two grandchildren of opposite sexes and we thought that as advertised there was a sofa that converted to a bed. We couldn’t get the television working which meant we went out both nights which was an additional expense. We did report this but we were told to retune which did not work. There was a previous report in the guest book to say the tv wasn’t working and it hadn’t been fixed. I had a problem with booking as I tried to book and was told the owner would confirm in 24 hours and it didn’t happen. When I tried to book on the second day the price had gone up by £60 the owner did refund £30 but I accepted this because it was too close to the booking to start looking for somewhere else.
