Chic Elegance at Borgo Tommasini Apartment

Per 10 minuti di ritardo (segnalato due ore prima) mi hanno richiesto il pagamento di 25 euro di tassa check in e non mi hanno fornito fattura come richiesto. Mi hanno fatto pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno. I miei ripetuti tentativi di comunicare con chi gestisce la struttura non sono stati ascoltati e le mail sono state ignorate. Posto assolutamente sconsigliato.

Duży apartament, bardzo dobra l lokalizacja.

Czystość i brak środków czystości ( mydła) bardzo,kiepski odpływ wody pod prysznicem.

Tout d'abord j'aimerais remercier Mustafa pour son aide efficace à notre arrivée pour le pass ZTL et notre enregistrement puis à notre départ avec le souci du parking car l'ascenseur était bloqué suite aux orages de la nuit. Mustafa a toujours été agréable et serviable, merci. L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville à pied, il y a plein de petits restaurants autour, un supermarché,... Il est assez bien équipé mais manque de produit pour la vaisselle : éponges, torchons, savon,... Dans la cuisine il serait agréable d'avoir des produits pour démarrer : café, thé, huile,....

Beide Klimaanlagen waren defekt und wurden auch nicht in der Zeit repariert, es waren Temperaturen in Höhe von 38 Grad. Im Bad und im Schlafzimmer war Schimmel, hängende Gardinen im Schlafzimmer wurden noch wieder ordnungsgemäß angebracht

Great location.

bed was not a king-size but in fact, two smaller beds put together, very uncomfortable. the bedding was clammy and damp too. the host have me the quickest tour, failing to mention how to get access to WiFi and then through texts, struggling to explain where to obtain the password etc. There was an expresso maker but no pods, with the basket being empty. There was no olive oil, salt sugar, pepper etc but a kitchen to cook, which was confusing and disappointing. The TV in the bedroom didn't work, not that I wanted to use it but still, not a good look. The air conditioning has a sign saying not to use it, despite the room being very stuffy at night.

The location and style of the apartment are really nice, the private parking is a huge plus in a busy area like Parma, you just have to take the ZTL into account (as mentioned in the booking details). There has been no in person meeting with the host, but the communication was clear and smooth, everything went well.

For me personally, the bed was not the most comfortable (size and two separate mattresses without a topper) but that is entirely subjective.

Very good central position in the center of Parma, but in a quiet road. The parking lot was of course amazing. Nice and bright apartment, efficient communication with the helpful host. Best non mainstream restaurants and shops just around the corner.

Next to amenities and in town centre

I didn’t like the sitting arrangements after a long day , a comfy sofa will be the best option instead of 2 separate chairs Also a double mattress not 2 singles put together and while sleeping they separate in between More towels and bedsheets should be available to change if needed , we used same sheets for 10 days and we had to wash the towels often as only 2 towels were available Extra Duvet( warm blanket is is during cold weather ) they should be available in the flat if someone needs them Tea mugs and a kettle nice to get in the flat and have a nice cup of tea , make the accommodation comfortable for international clients too
