Stayed here as a family of 4 for just over a week over Christmas and New Year. The hosts were very helpful and flexible with any requests prior to our arrival and the keys/entry procedure was simple and hassle-free. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated/renovated and was a cozy base for our time in North Wales/Llandudno. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and we often got food from the local supermarkets (Sainsburys and a large new M&S Food) and cooked/ate in. With it being mere minutes walk to the more lively areas of LLandudno, there are numerous pubs, restaurants, and takeouts available too. Overall loved our time there, and would stay again if we're ever back in the area.

We absolutely loved the place it was comfortable, very clean and well presented with enough room. What we were really pleased with was the tea coffee sugar that was provided, and a welcoming bottle of wine and box of maltesers

Only two small issues, no blind in the bathroom and it needed a blackout blind in the bedroom, when you're a light sleeper and there's an outside light very noticeable x

Very well furnished/decorated, it felt so cosy and quiet. It was perfect for a couple, everything you could need was provided there as well as some bonus drinks and snacks. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

The hallway/stairway leading up to the flat was a little bit dark and dingy but that's in the shared area with all the front doors so bears absolutley no reflection on the inside of the property itself. Once you're inside the property it's a totally different place, lovely and bright and tidy, and the other flats in the property have very quiet tennants, we didn't hear anyone at all during our stay even though the flat was occupied downstairs. No downsides to the property itself we loved it and it was a perfect location :)

The property was immaculate. The staff I met were friendly. My sister & I appreciated the welcoming touch of biscuits and wine..! The apartment had most facilities you’d require on holiday and more. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the sofa bed my sister said. Proximity to Llandudno town, sea front and pier was perfect. Close to car parks, bus routes and the train station. Great to chill out with Netflix on the TV in the evenings. Lots of good swift communication from the property managers.

It would have been helpful to have a parking permit when parking outside the property, as parking was not guaranteed. It might be useful to add a tin opener to the kitchen drawer.

As expected, great location, plenty of parking, easy to get in, clean, felt like home, tv microwave fridge, plates etc all there, towels toilet paper kitchen roll etc provided (didn't expect it all) - quick replies from owners. Preferred this to a hotel.
