Ci Vuole Leggerezza Apartment Free Parking

I recently stayed in this apartment in Bologna with my family, and it was simply wonderful! The check-in process was incredibly fast and smooth, making everything so easy for us. The apartment exceeded all of my expectations – it was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made cooking for the family a breeze. Each room had its own air conditioner, so we were all very comfortable. The bedding was fresh and clean, and the bathroom was immaculate and very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna. Everything was fine,especially for me as a bodybuilder is very hard to find a good apartment to cook my meals and rest. Also near apartment is a good market shop with anything you need. Gym also around 1.5km away. 10/10 * Frederico the owner is very polite and help with anything.

Perfect location. The agent Federico was very good too. We had a small difficulty while there (our fault) and he answered phone out of hours to assit. Will defo look to stay there again.

The only good thing in this apartmant is that kitchen is fully equipped.

Description of this property is not accurate. So-called sofa is not sofa ,it is a corner set and it is not possible to sleap on it.We ask for additional mattres but host wasn’t willing to help us.Also he wasn’t kind and of help. We didn’t have regular keys to unlock the bilding and apartman, we had to do it by phone.So if your phone is dead you are not able to ener the building and apartment.This was very stresfull. The drainage pipe in bathrom doesn’t working and water is leaking all over the bathroom. We had a trouble to find a parking place around, especialy in the evening . This is not apartment for 5 people as it says. Frederico you do not speak correctly. You said that you haven't been able to get the additional mattress on Sunday , what about the rest of 5 days of our stay? Unfortunately , we havent be able to find adequate apartment for such short time, so we have been forced to stay. Keep in mind that our stay didn't change the fact that sofa was not for sleeping.To be precise this is not a sofa it is corner sets and 4 cm of additional topper doesn't change the situation.You have one more negative review from Vanessa, France about sofa and your inaccurate description that apartment is for 5. Please take a look. About water drainage in bathroom, I cleaned it every day but despite this, it wasn't working.You have to fix that, you drainage pipe is too narrow. Regarding the door keys, after 10 days and our negative review you made it up that we broke your door keys and you asked for damage even though you have never hand keys to us. This was very unprofessional from your side. You also didn't provide the description on site that guests need internet to open the door. Also I would like to add that electricity is not quite good in apartment and that you didn't warn us about it before our arrival.

The apartment is lovely, very modern and roomy. So many nice details, from pretty soaps to kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and great for a family or long term stay. Federico, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful.

The remote keyless access that relies on your phone to unlock 3 different doors (front gate, building door and apartment door) was especially complicated. We had to perform multiple tries to get the apartment door open. Also, if you don't have internet or your phone battery is dead, you cannot open the doors. I would recommend a different system. While the posting said there is parking, it is street parking, so first come first serve. We had a late dinner and there were no spaces close to the apartment so had to walk a few blocks. Not horrible just inconvenient.
