Comfortable Apartment in Marquês de Pombal

Spacious and big Room with good facilities and great location.

There is no Cleaning services. We have to clean ourself. Toilet door can't lock from inside and it's very difficult to open and close. Hot water heater not stable always change the temperature. One day morning I Went toilet and i saw suddenly there is no water for around 2-3 hours due to repair whole building.

The apartment is situated in a great location, very close to metro station, restaurants, grocery stores. The layout of the apartment is wide and gives a spacious feeling.

Nothing major to mention (appliances were a bit noisy and there were some construction works in the building during last 2 days, but this is not something the owner can control)

Excellent location. Close to the Pambal Square with 2 metro lines and may busses. Easy access to many locations in Lisabon and surrounding (e.g. Sintra). The appartment is very well planned concerning avaialable space. The description of the offer at booking.com does not contain the details: there is a washing machine with a dryer, microwave, stove, coffee machine (Nespresso capsel), big refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, Tv with cable channels (a few foreign ones), smart TV with Netflix etc (so probably as a subscriber you can enter the code and watch VOD). WIFI in the appartment with good signal. A lot of space to store your cloth. In the kitchen, a decent collection of kitchenware (not as in many other locations with just two cups etc). Most stuff from IKEA (including furniture). Everything to clean (including the tabs for dishwasher) The bedroom is comfortable for 2 people. There is sofa in the common place as an option for more people for a short time. Communication with the host was easy. Very important point: quiet location -- no cars passing, no noise from restaurants (a few shops across the narrow street were all closed. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets.

Definitely the owner(s) had problem with a person installing the kitchen furniture. Be careful when opening the refrigerator - the door can damage the lamp in the ceiling. The same about opening the dishwasher. The surface of the table from IKEA is already in a bad shape -- as always for the tables without a proper laminate cover on top. WC and bidet has been installed on a wrong height - evidently the mistakes during construction of the building. Be prepared for less comfort.

in general all good, but two things can be improved- 1. ventilation in the bathroom 2. heating can be stronger

The Host was very lovely and friendly, the location is just perfect with supermarkets and restaurants around the corner, public transports near by as well, I recommend this property very cosy.

The house was cold but fortunately had air conditioning, everything was great.
