Super clean apartment, Easy location provided towels, cutlery , extra blankets extra. Checking in was very easy , Host was easy to contact if necessary.

Spotless and very well furnished

Really close to central Birmingham, was clean and a good sized property. Perfect for what we needed.

Location and the underpass didn’t feel very safe at night. Concierge to let us in initially were unresponsive.

Very clean and tidy, compact but definitely suited our needs.

The bedroom had no blind or curtains. We were woken up at dawn!

the proper was very clean and it was the perfect space for the two of us. the checking in and checking out process was very easy and functional. the staff were brilliant and helped us all throughout our stay whenever we needed to message!

the sofa wasn’t the best as it was very small. we only had two towels for two people for two nights. there was no kitchen towel to dry bowls, plates etc.

Great location. The communication with staff leading up to stay and throughout was great. Would def stay again. Thank you 😁

Got hot during night so would definitely pay attention to adjusting that next time.
