In case you are wondering if you can easily walk to Nai Yang Beach - yes, it is less than 10 min away. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. We chose the room with the garden view, it was quiet and we loved it. Excellent wifi. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit late so the hosts didn't meet us personally. The instructions how to get the keys were clear and we checked in very quickly. There is a shared free parking in the complex. No booking is possible. During our stay we noticed it is getting full at about 19h.

"Great stay if you want to be near the beach and close to the airport."

It’s 10 min walk to Nai Yang Beach. It’s amazing. It was clean and tidy when we checked in. The check-in process was smooth and easy. It’s spacious for us as a couple. The pool was nice as well. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Мы сообщили, что приедем немного раньше заселения и нас сразу же встретили. Очень быстро заселили. Номер оказался на втором этаже и это было замечательно! Мы люди не молодого возраста. Бассейн постоянно чистили, территорию убирали. На пятый день нашего пребывания нас предупредили, что будет уборка в номере, смена белья ( без дополнительной платы ). Это тоже отлично! Wi-Fi также был на высоте ! Я работала из номера. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Выезжали, тоже без проблем. Просто сообщили время отъезда и оставили ключи на столе.

Я не знаю.

Some east water river goes close by which is smelly and the balcony water drainage smells as well locationaly
