Stylish Quayside Apartment with River View

Beautiful flat with great view. Has been converted with an open plan approach. Very clean. Heating responsive. Very good communication with owners.

These are comments, not complaints - the stairs wouldn't suit everyone. Neither would the streetlife outside in the late evenings.

Location very good for what I wanted to do, with was to explore the old quarter of the city and the cathedral. Spacious and well appointed, an interesting and characterful loft apartment vibe. Good kitchen, apart from no tiles behind sink and a cunningly concealed cutlery drawer! Comfortable bed on top floor. Handy to have Wensum Food and Wine directly below!

It was very noisy. Located on Wensum Street, the traffic was very heavy - the building shook. On the Friday and Saturday nights particularly, there were a lot of very drunk and very noisy people about, into the small hours. I didn’t sleep well during my stay. I would have slept better if I could have bolted the inner door. The outer door Yale lock didn’t feel very secure. Downstairs areas very cold and draughty. Ill fitting front door. No tiles behind kitchen sink. Not enough shelf space in en suite, particularly as nowhere to put things around the basin.

Some traffic noise

Nicely appointed apartment, over 3 floors. Perfectly located for exploring Norwich. Fully fitted kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Good sized lounge and dining area. Comfortable big bed.

A lot of stairs. No toiletries provided. Close proximity to a pub meant it was noisy until quite late. No onsite parking although there is public parking very close by.

Great Location, great value! Clean and comfortable.

A second set of keys would be nice.

Really lovely period apartment, spacious and well decorated. City centre so great location for the venue we were attending in the evening of staying. Can be noisy as pub opposite and a little compromised on privacy with windows and lots people outside but with blinds down was not a problem. Stairs were steep but to be expected with the age of the property. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again when needed as walking distance to most things in the city centre

Nothing

The apartment is modern, clean, very well equipped, with views of the river and a good central location for exploring Norwich. Its also within easy walking distance of local car parks.

The apartment is on a road which is fairly busy with buses and other traffic but the windows are double glazed so the noise isn't too intrusive. It might be an idea to supply some shower gels or remind visitors to bring their own.

Location to the city center and university

Was very noisy and the stairs. There were a lot of stairs.
