Luxurious Minimalist Residence with Sauna by Prestige Homes

The apartment looks nice at first glance, but is absolutely not suitable for a stay for 6 people. Essential basic items were missing: no dish towels and an insufficient amount of toilet paper for the entire stay. Only one towel per person was provided, which is completely inadequate. One of the beds was already broken upon our arrival, with a damaged bed frame and a mattress with protruding springs, making it unusable. Despite repeated requests to the owner, we were forced to place the mattress on the floor in order to sleep. The bed frame was only roughly fixed on the last day of our stay, when the inconvenience had already been endured. Serious lack of maintenance, poor attention to guests, and unacceptable comfort standards. A decidedly negative experience.

Good location, clean and owner was helpful. Clear directions to get in.

Two things that people need to know. First is if you are driving there is no parking for this property. The owner said there was plenty of parking and it was free on the weekend. That may be true but you have to drive around constantly looking for an available spot. We ended up in a parking garage which was quite costly. Secondly, there are people up and load all night long out the windows. Hospital down the street so ambulances were frequent. The apartment was not soundproof despite being on the 2nd floor. L'appartement était très bien et bien équipé La situation géographique sympa.et proche du métro et transports.a 10min du centre-ville

L'immeuble est totalement délabré. Et aurait besoin d'un.bon rafraîchissement. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y sommes allés. Il y a malheureusement le feu dans l'immeuble quand nous y sommes allés. C'est dommage car l'appartement est très bien et bien situé.

Comfortable, location…

apartment was in a very good location. there's a load of restaurants and shops in the area and the metro/tram lines are a two minute walk away if you want to go somewhere else in the city. . the actual apartment is very modern and the facilities were in good shape.

the kitchen tap was a bit loose from the sink but it was still working as expected. besides that the only other problems were cosmetic with a cracked wall tile in the kitchen.

Locatie en de grootte van het appartement . Er is geen fysieke receptie, maar per telefoon/mail wordt je snel geholpen. Met andere woorden: ze reageren snel.

De lift die niet fatsoenlijk werkt. Vanaf de 2e verdieping gaan de deuren niet open van buiten. De deuren gaan wel open als je van een andere verdieping naar de 2e verdieping gaat. Vervelend als je minder valide of met baby bent. Hygiëne kan beter.
