We were charged more than the amount we had booked for, and it was not worth it. No water bottles were provided, which was disappointing. Since it was nighttime and we were with senior citizens and a child, we decided to stay, although we would have canceled due to the additional charges, especially for a hotel without a lift. We request a refund for the extra amount charged..
