Oh My Goodness! People are living here! It smelled like curry and fried chicken! The front desk was closed and we had to wait for someone to lift what looked like a security gate in order to simply check us in. The bed in our room was pushed so close to the wall that I had to crawl to get in rather than walk around. I had no space for my phone or a drink beside my bed. This is beyond bare bones hotel - it borders on hostel.

The front desk staff was not friendly. Beds and pillows hard as a rock. Sheets were like sand paper.

This is a new hotel

The location was convenient for our needs. It is in a quiet area with good carparking facilities.

Although being an apartment, there was no crockery, cutlery or cooking utensils for us to use. We were advised (quite abruptly), that we would need to purchase these ourselves. We have never stayed in an apartment before where these basic items were not provided. The quality of the building construction is quite poor with there being little to no noise insulation between floors or rooms which was surprising how new the hotel is.

Good location, great customer service.

Thin walls, hot water gave out in shower. Pay extra for wifi for more than two devices. Pay extra for any kitchenware and for silverware and plates.

Proximity to the airport

Paid 260 usd for 1 night - no creamer for coffee, no drinking water !!! You do not expect that when you pay this much.

I had an early flight so no breakfast. I wasn’t happy not having a hair dryer or any supplies in the kitchen. I am surprised towels were provided. The entry was very unwelcoming and stark. For the price I expected more.

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Pam at the front desk was amazing—super accommodating even after hours and genuinely kind. She made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thank you, Pam!
