I wasn’t sent details of how to get in or how to use anything ie cinema room until I requested it . Was trying the door with the code for ages until told I needed to put # at beginning and end of code I was given. Behind sofa was rubbish from previous person

Me and my cousins absolutely loved the cinema room. The services being provided during our stay was amazing in terms of the central heating, living room where you can play games. The cinema room able interact watch our fav movies. I would highly recommend this place

Large space, cinema room (once we got it working)

It seemed clean on the surface but the cinema room had a lot of filth in the cable area and on the floor near the subwoofer speaker (even food) The cinema room wasn’t set up correctly and was very hard to use. I am technically able and it took me about 30 minutes of changing plugs around and setting everything up before we could use it. Once it was set up, unfortunately it was still temperamental, often requiring me to unplug and plug things in again to get it working. I find this unacceptable, especially at this price point and considering the marketing relies heavily on the cinema room. Also the top floor mattress was basically broken, and needs replacing. Host says they will address these issues for future clients, but unfortunately didn’t offer anything to me personally for my issues. Hopefully no one else has these problems anyway.
