CHNice & friendly host. Clean & big appartement, parking space & pool where cool. Good situated near to Castiglione. Supermarket near. Animal friendly.
The bedroom has no window, but for a short stay not a problem. Its more an information. We stayed just one night, I suppose the outside would look a bit different for a longer stay, there where no pillows on the sofa.
NZGreat size apartment. Great to have a kettle in Italy. Lovely bed. Good parking and garden space.

PLAmazing host, Fausto was very helpful and provided all information about the place. The kids (4yo and 8yo) loved the swimming pool and the house. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days. Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake. We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.

ROThe apartment was interesting in fact, situated in an old brick factory. We had a good and relaxing time here, too bad it was not warm enough and the pool was not open.
There are a few things in the bathroom that might need improvment with minimal effort, like the shower head, the dripping boiler.

FIExcellent facilities, very friendly and helpful host. Grate as a base to spend family time while visiting Toscana and Abruzzo with own transportation.
Services may be too far without motorized transportation.
DEEverything was amazing! The apartment is very clean, has a lot of space and the host was very friendly. There was everything that we needed and the surroundings are very quiet and calm. You can even see the stars in the night. If you want to travel around Tuscany, it's a place we totally recommend!
